CUTTLEFISH CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION MENU 2018

Our 2018 Christmas party menu is available throughout the day from 11:30am through to 10pm each evening from the 30th November up to and including 23rd December 2018.

Bread basket, or garlic bread and marinated olives or marinated anchovies to be shared - supplement of £1.50 p.p.

Chef’s mixed starters for the whole group would be a real treat – supplement of 2.00 p.p.

Cuttlefish classics for seafood lovers – oysters, seafood platters are available to add if required – please ask

Palate cleanser sorbet – great idea for a special occasion - – supplement of 2.50 p.p.

First Courses

Smoked Scottish salmon, watercress, crème fraiche and rye bread

Prawn and avocado salad with Marie Rose sauce

Truffled chicken liver parfait, rustic brown toast

Chef’s antipasti mini plate chilli stuffed with feta cheese, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, marinated mixed olives and artichoke (v)

Main Courses

Classic fish and chips with home made mushy peas and tartare sauce

Seabass filet, new potatoes, steamed spinach and white wine and sorrel sauce

or

Traditional turkey breast with sprouts, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes & cranberry sauce

or

Kedgeree with a poached egg on top

or

Half Lobster “thermidor” French fries and garden salad (supplement 7.50 pounds, whole lobster 14.00 pounds)

Roast pumpkin and lentils with crumbled blue cheese (v)

Dessert

Classic Christmas pudding and brandy sauce and hopefully a shilling !

White chocolate and passion fruit cheesecake

Warm chocolate fondant with strawberry & raspberry sorbet
